Lagoona Mall, Qatar’s newest and hottest retail and lifestyle destination is looking forward to welcoming an eclectic mix of new and exciting retailers in the coming weeks.
The mall has already introduced over 55 well-known brands since it opened in 2011. These latest retailers will provide even more choice for shoppers and will enhance the visitor experience even further. Two new home furniture retailers have joined the existing portfolio of shops at Lagoona Mall this month.
Zone and Kare, Two Danish companies offering a selection of beautifully designed home products, have launched their inaugural stores beginning of this month in Qatar and the region.
Häagen-Dazs, the world’s finest ice cream vendor recently opened its doors to those seeking a large selection of ice cream and sorbet flavors, while customers looking to grab a latte or a mocha can indulge themselves in Il Café Di Roma which has just opened facing Lagoona’s luxury department store Fifty One East. Sun Fashion, known for its stylish and multi branded sunglasses and eye wear has also opened at the start of the month.
The highly anticipated Piazza is on the cusp of opening and, when it does, it will offer diners an unrivalled selection and variety of cuisines suited to a wide range of tastes. By the beginning of the summer a total of four new restaurants will be added to the dining mix.
For fans of Japanese fusion food, the hugely popular Wagamama will be a welcome addition for the summer months and the American eatery, Outback Steakhouse, will cater to the tastes of meat lovers with a delicious and mouthwatering selection of steaks.
Italian restaurant, ZigoZago, and Moroccan eatery, Marrakesh Restaurant, will also be open for business in the not too distant future. Adding a bit of sparkle in the upcoming months will be not one but two new jewelry stores, Al Zain and Mouawad. Both of these new shops will compliment the already existing, Boucheron Jewelery store on the first floor of the mall.
Lagoona Mall is also gearing up to launch four new outlets in the summer including Italian fashion brand, Boggi; Marina Rinaldi, a ready-to-wear, plus-size women’s clothing brand and Doha favorite, Paul Café. There is also a surprise in store for the little ones with a second branch of the popular Gymboree set to open its doors in order to entertain the kids just in time for the hot weather.
Commenting on the most recent additions to the luxurious West Bay shopping mall, Eamon Kelly, General Manager of Lagoona Mall said: “Another month, another host of new retailers opening in Lagoona Mall. More stores are earmarked to open in the near future. The food court, Piazza, is set to offer some sixteen new restaurants when open.
