In an effort to expand the arts and culture scene, Katara, the Cultural Village has signed an exclusive strategic partnership agreement with Commercial Bank of Qatar, one of the largest private banks in Qatar.
The mutually beneficial partnership is a strategic move, reinforcing an aligned vision between Katara and Commercialbank to invest in the growth of the cultural scene in Qatar.
Andrew Stevens, Group CEO of Commercialbank commented, “At Commercialbank we are committed to supporting Qatar’s community and social infrastructure and we believe Katara has been key to the progress of the arts and culture scene in Qatar. Elaborating on the goals outlined in the agreement, Abdulrahman Al Khulaifi, commented, “The partnership will facilitate the development of the arts and culture industry in Qatar by building a common cultural awareness. Our joint initiatives will go towards furthering our vision through all kinds of artistic and cultural activities, ultimately supporting the development of a creative and innovative Qatar.”
