Heir Apparent hails security systems

HH the Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani yesterday visited the Ministry of Interior’s National Command Centre and the Information Department.

He was briefed on the systems used there, including the electronic systems used in the ministry’s processes for services and security. He was also briefed on the projects carried out by the ministry last year, in addition to the future projects.

HH the Heir Apparent also toured the central operations room and the emergency switchboard department, and reviewed the Najm security system used in operations’ communications. He expressed his appreciation for the ministry officials for their efforts in maintaining the country’s safety and security.
