BlackBerry unveiling the new Curve 9320 smartphone at an exclusive media event in Doha

RIM unveiled the brand new BlackBerry® Curve™ 9320 smartphone at an exclusive media and blogger event in Doha today, as part of a regional product roadmap update and a sneak-peak look at some of the exciting new products to be launched in the Middle East in 2012.

  • The BlackBerry footprint, success story and partnerships across the Middle East and Qatar
  • New product launches including the BlackBerry Curve 9320, BlackBerry® Curve™ 9220 and  BlackBerry® 7.1 OS
  • RIM’s future product roadmap, including the BlackBerry® PlayBook™ 3G and a special preview of the BlackBerry® 10 OS and BlackBerry 10 smartphone devices.

Powered by the new BlackBerry 7.1 OS, the stylish 3G connected BlackBerry 9320 smartphone has everything that socially-connected customers need to stay in touch with the people and things that matter most to them. Fans of BlackBerry® Messenger™(BBM), which is loved and used by 98% of BlackBerry smartphone users in Qatar, can now use the all-new dedicated BBM key to get in touch with their network at the touch of a button. 

Other key features of the BlackBerry Curve 9320 include a built-in FM radio that allows users to tune in to their favourite local stations and listen to some foot tapping music where ever they are; an integrated camera with flash, video recording and picture location tagging using the smartphone’s built-in GPS; and a long battery life to make it possible to stay connected for longer.
