Employees of Larsen & Toubro Ltd organised a beach cleaning campaign at Al Wakrah on the occasion of World Environment Day this month.

All participants in the campaign took a pledge to minimise environmental impact from their activities, to keep their sites clean, minimise wastage, maximise energy efficiency and contribute to the development of the natural environment. Larsen & Toubro also organised tree plantation on the occasion. Different competitions were organised to promote awareness of the environment such as a quiz and environment slogan competition.
