Al-Arabi ready for Asian Volleyball Championship on Sunday

Qatar’s Al-Arabi volleyball team will begin their campaign in the 2012 Asian Men’s Club Volleyball Championship when they face Myanmar in group B match in Shanghai city of China on Sunday. The prestigious championship is taking place  from June 27 until 7 July in Shanghai city of  China.

Al-Arabi club volleyball delegation is chaired by Mohammed Jassim Al-Kowari, Head of delegation, accompanied by Abdulla Gomaa Al-Hitimi, Head of the Club’s volleyball section, Mohammed Mabrouk, Club’s Assistant – Secretary General beside the Tunisian coach Maawia Al-Ajnaf and 12 players.

A total of 15 teams are divided into four groups are due to compete in the  prestigious volleyball event. Qatar is pooled in Group B with Iran, Myanmar and Uzbekistan.
