Jaidah Automotive signs pivotal contract with Hemaya Security Services Company

Jaidah Automotive – a subsidiary of the long-established and influential conglomerate Jaidah Group – has this month announced the signing of a contract with the Qatari security company, Hemaya.

Through the recently-signed contract – the first between these two eminent Qatari institutions – Jaidah Automotive will provide Hemaya with brand new Chevrolet Captiva.

The signing took place on June 26 in the presence of Mr. Mahmoud Adam and Mr. Hossam El Metwaly, Fleet Sales Supervisor and Fleet Sales Consultant respectively from Jaidah Automotive, Mr. Ajayan Saad Alhababi, General Services Manager and Mr. Badr Mohamed Kishish, Head of General Services and Mr. Ali Al Ghanim, Transportation Supervisor from Hemaya Security Services.

Hemaya is a Qatari company which describes itself as working to ‘establish and develop the National Standard for the security industry in Qatar, benchmarking against international best practice’ and to ‘complement National Security Organizations by providing commercially and technically viable security services to enhance the overall security of the country, creating a pool of highly skilled National manpower in the security field and introduce the latest, appropriate, security technology to the State of Qatar.’

Speaking on behalf of Hemaya was Mr. Ajayan Alhababi who commented, “We are a leading security company within Qatar and when we make deals it’s vitally important that we get the right product and the right levels of service. The contract we’ve made with Jaidah Automotive gives us both. The Captiva is a prestigious, reliable vehicle that operates with comfort in testing situations, and Jaidah’s customer service is second-to-none also. This deal is one we’re very happy with.”

Mr. Adam of Jaidah, added, “This is a landmark deal for Jaidah in that Hemaya has put its trust in us. Considering their line of work, this is a huge vote of confidence in us and we’re grateful for that. It shows us that as well as having the products the market demands, we also have the customer service people seek to ‘add value’ to their deal.

“The Captiva is a superb vehicle, a ‘crossover’ SUV which is unusual in that it does everything well. When Hemaya came to us with their requirements – versatility, reliability, and ruggedness – then the Captiva became the automatic choice. We’re certain they’ll be happy with the vehicle and we hope that contract is the beginning of a mutually beneficial and productive relationship with Hemaya.”
