Al-Tamimi shines in World Junior Squash Championship

Qatar’s Abdullah Al-Tamimi confidently cruised his to the third round of WSF World Junior Squash Championships following his convincing victory over Jusho Sikhar of Canada 12/10, 11/4, 12/14,11/4 on Sunday.

The prestigious event brings together 250  players from 28 nations  including England, Australia, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Egypt, France, Guatemala, Germany, Japan, Kuwait, USA, New Zealand, Pakistan, Switzerland, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Iraq, India, Hong Kong, China, Finland, Holland, Sweden, Afghanistan and Qatar.

The Qatari squad includes Abdullah Al-Tamimi, Faisal Al-Meri, Sadam Sarhand Muhawesh, Abu Baker Abdulzaher, Abdullah Al-Mass and Abdulwahab Ishaq.
