Qatar defeat Guatemala in World Junior Squash Championship

The Qatari Squash team defeated Guatemala 2-0 at WSF World Junior Squash Championships 2012 on Sunday. Qatar’s Abdullah Al-Tamimi downed Josue Enrique 3-1 and Abdulwahab Al-Ishqa outclassed Ricardo Toscano 3-1.

On the other hand, the quarterfinals of the tournament will begin at Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex on Monday. The quarterfinalists are Egypt, Pakistan, England, India, USA, Canada, Hong Kong and Japan.

The prestigious event brings together 250 players from 28 nations including England, Australia, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Egypt, France, Guatemala, Germany, Japan, Kuwait, USA, New Zealand, Pakistan, Switzerland, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Iraq, India, Hong Kong, China, Finland, Holland, Sweden, Afghanistan and Qatar.
