Qatar in talks with Morgan Stanley over commodity stake – report

Qatar Investment Authority is in talks to acquire a stake in Morgan Stanley’s multibillion-dollar commodities trading division, CNBC has reported, citing people familiar with the matter. A deal might be imminent, said one of the people, adding that the exact terms could not be determined and that discussions could still fall apart.
