In the spirit of kindness and hope which is the essence of the Holy Month of Ramadan, the Renaissance Doha City Center Hotel led a social event for the Karwa Taxi team to thank them for their continued support during the first year of Renaissance’s operation in West Bay.
The Renaissance Hotel’s team is firmly committed to their “Spirit to Serve the Community” and on Saturday, July 28, distributed special Iftar gift bags to over 200 Karwa taxi drivers. For the occasion, Renaissance’s Executive Chef, Christian Jean, prepared a vibrant selection of traditional delicacies and Arabic favourites.
Commenting on the Renaissance Doha City Center Hotel’s Iftar offerings, Robert Catlin, Director of Beverage and Food, said “Karwa has been an important part of our success in Doha and we are delighted to show our gratitude to their team of drivers during our first Ramadan”.
