Jaidah Group – the long-established and influential conglomerate operating in Qatar – has announced that it arranged a Sohour earlier this month in Doha to honour its long-serving members of staff. Oryx Rotana Hotel was the venue for the Souhour, which took place on August 1st.
The motivation behind the gathering was for Jaidah Group to express its appreciation for a total of 104 of its employees. These employees were divided into three groups: those that had completed between 15 and 20 years of service with Jaidah Group, and those who have completed between 20 and 30 years, and those employees of long service who had served more than 30 years’ of service. The 3 groups of employees received valuable gifts as a mark of gratitude for their hard work over the years, and their efforts in making Jaidah Group the success it is today.
Mohamed Jaidah, the Chief Development Officer of Jaidah Group commented, “Jaidah Group understands that it is its employees who make our business – and our success – possible. We also know that we’re very lucky to have assembled a workforce of vigour, application and loyalty, and this is what was reflected today with the recent presentations.”
