Sheep from KSA will be sold at QAR 950 per head and those from Jordan will be sold at QAR 800 per head. The company will also extend its working hours with its slaughterhouses opening from 5.00 am to 7.00 pm.

A Mawashi official stated that this step strongly highlights the company’s steadfast commitment to cement well-measured fundamentals and methodologies for food pricing during Ramadan and throughout the year.
Mawashi has additionally brought to market meat and livestock from Australia amongst wide acclaim from the population of Qatar. The company has also imported different types of fresh livestock and chilled meat from Sudan, India, Pakistan, Somalia, Georgia and Ethiopia.
