Thousands enjoy Katara’s Eid Celebrations!

Katara Cultural Village celebrated Eid El-Fitr by lighting up the sky with spectacular fireworks shows. Thousands turned up to witness the celebrations which will continue for three more nights at 8:00pm at Katara.

Dr. Emad Sultan, Cultural Affairs Deputy Director commented on the occasion “Following the success of the Ramadan activities it was a delight to welcome hundreds of families to Katara to enjoy the Eid festivities. We look forward to welcoming people tonight and for the duration of the celebration for a chance to get a glimpse of this magnificent show and continue to enjoy the celebrations.”
