What A Name gives Qatar another win in France

The domination of Qatari owned horses continued in the European circuit when HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Khalifa Al Thani owned What A Name recorded her maiden success in spectacular fashion in the Prix de la Louviere (Etalon Naaqoos -B) at the Deauville race course.

In only her second start of her career, What A Name stretched away in fine style to win by seven lengths from Tabaayun.

The Michael Delzangles trained What A Name was ridden to victory by jockey Christophe – Patrice Lemaire. What a Name was bought in April 2012 at the Keeneland Breeze-Up Sales. Her dam, Bonnie Byerly (Dayjur) produced the decent Diabolicla (Artax), who won eight races from two to four years of age, including the Vanderbit Handicap (Gr2).
