InterContinental Doha The City opens PRIME, offering the best grills in town

Following the launch of three restaurants since its launch in January – Strata, the highest dining spot on the 55^th floor; HIVE Lounge and The Square – the new InterContinental Doha The City introduces PRIME, a restaurant dedicated to the finest selection of cuts and grills.

The unique layout of the restaurant provides different seating areas to choose from depending on the experience for the evening. Guests can decide on the main dining space, with dark teak wood tables and soft linen seating with a choice of tables for two or bigger parties, or the intimate private dining space – both areas dimmed with hues of deep auburn, highlighted with baroque styled chandeliers and paintings which complement the mood.

PRIME boasts a delectable menu of fresh seafood, distinctive salads and classic favourites, yet its grill selection is where its deserved name comes from. From a distinct selection of tenderloin, sirloin and ribeye cuts, venison, lamb and poultry options are also on offer. The meats boast the highest quality USDA prime beef, ranging from Black Angus to the renowned Kobe Wagyu Beef. All selections are carefully advised on weight, temperature, sides and sauces by trained staff.
