In collaboration with Qatar Photography Society, Katara, the Cultural Village presents the opening of two exclusive exhibitions, ‘Qatari Architectural Photography’ by Anmar Faris and ‘Spanish Nature Landscapes’ by Shadi Nasri. The exhibitions are expected to run from 5th September to14th October at Katara Gallery, Building 18.

The collection of photographs by Bosnian photographer Anmar Faris, illustrates Qatar’s heritage as well as the country’s impressive contemporary architecture. Inspired by traditional Qatari architecture, ‘Qatari Architectural Photography’ captures the true essence of Qatari Heritage and showcases the growth and development of the evolving Qatari landscape which features new buildings incorporating contemporary design with traditional characteristics.

Inspired by the beauty of the Spanish landscapes, the Spanish artist, Shadi Nasri invites the viewer to explore Spain’s spectacular landscapes through his collection ‘Spanish Nature Landscapes’. ‘This unique collection features photographs of Spain’s picturesque landscape, highlighting its outstanding green nature, mountainous terrain and golden beaches.
