Mawashi, Qatar’s cutting-edge livestock company, announced the arrival of its first livestock from Turkey to the Qatari market. The shipment includes sheep of the highest quality, at affordable prices, and of “Al Aawas” pedigree which is the original Syrian livestock.

Officials from Mawashi said that its shipments reach Qatar according to a specific schedule which ensures the freshness and quality of its products. Mawashi also explained that livestock from Australia is usually shipped by sea while livestock from Turkey, Ethiopia and Armenia are brought to Qatar on board cargo planes and those from Jordan and KSA by land.

This shipment from Turkey is another addition to the company’s commitment to continuously bring to market the best livestock from across the Arab world and other international markets in order to cater to increasingly growing demand and individual tastes of both retail and wholesale.
