Wyndham Grand Regency Doha Hotel is promoting a “Dim Sum week” from 23rd till 28th September at Chopsticks, the award winning restaurant which is the ideal place to gather & have elegant dinner through enjoying the delicious taste of different varieties.

Eman Abela the director of Food & Beverage commented on the Dim Sum origin saying; “Dim sum refers to a style of Chinese food prepared as small bite-sized or individual portions of food traditionally served in small steamer baskets or on small plates. Dim sum is also well known for the unique way it is served in some restaurants, wherein fully cooked and ready-to-serve dim sum dishes are carted around the restaurant for customers to choose their orders while seated at their tables.” He added;

“Eating dim sum at a restaurant is usually known in Cantonese as going to “drink tea” (yum cha, 飲茶), as tea is typically served with dim sum.” The Chopsticks Restaurant blends elegant décor, gracious hospitality and authentic Far Eastern cuisine from our Master Chef. 

Open daily except Mondays from 12:00 to 15:00 and 18:30 to 23:00, Chopsticks’ extensive lunch and dinner menu, includes variety of Dim Sum will be served themed to perfection from chef with wide range of condiments & Large Buffet of life steamer hot dumplings.
