Qatar keen on providing low-cost housing

Qatar has underlined its commitment to support and promote joint Arab action in all fields, especially housing and development, and the expansion in projects providing low-cost housing, and the exchange of experiences in this regard.

The remarks were made by Abdulla Al Kubaisi, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Affairs for Housing, at the closing of the 76th session of the Council of Arab Housing Ministers’ executive bureau held Thursday at the Arab League headquarters.

Al Kubaisi said that his country called for an agenda with specific topics for the second Arab housing conference, due to take place in Iraq in December, to ensure their implementation at good standards.
