Al Jawhara City is Qatar’s first medical mixed-use development

The prestigious Khaleeji Commercial Bank will be hosting a VIP event in Doha on 17 October 2012 to officially launch its project “Al Jawhara City” in Qatar. As one of Qatar’s few freehold projects, Al Jawhara City is an exciting investment opportunity providing the prospective investor the first mover advantage on a very unique property.

The mixed-use project is located in the emerging urban district of Lusail in New Doha. Located directly across the Al-Khor Highway, 22 km north of central Doha and also strategically located approximately 25 minutes from Doha International Airport, Al Jawhara City aims to offer the highest standards of urban living with a focus on its world-class medical facilities.

As a health-focused facility, the Al Jawhara City Hospital will offer services ranging from a surgical clinic, dialysis center, an ophthalmology surgical center, a pediatric center, a medical spa and much more. The center will ensure its patients and guests have a relaxed stay in a serene environment. Simultaneously, it will also bring a world-class medical facility to the doorstep of Qatar and its neighboring countries.

The project started its on-site development in March 2012, after gaining its approval from Qatari Diar. The developers aim to provide the residents with a modern living environment offering stylish apartments overlooking plush green walkways, incorporating cultural touches with a traditional souk and mosques.

Mr. Ozan Korkut Benlioglu (pictured), Head of Investments of Khaleeji Commercial Bank said “Al Jawhara City aspires to build a community living that is healthy and wholesome by proving a greener lifestyle, advanced medical facilities and community sharing. Al Jawhara City’s exceptional infrastructure and facilities will offer 21st century affordable living designed to meet the growing needs of Qatar.”
