Qatar handball team line up for World Championship

The Qatar Handball Association (QHA) will organise a friendly Championship from 18 to 23 October, 2012 at the indoor hall of Al-Gharafa SC.

The championship comes in light of the preparation of the Qatar senior handball team for the World Championship to be held in Spain in January 2013. The friendly event will feature the participation of five teams including Qatar national team, Al-Rayyan, Al-Jaish, Al-Najma of Bahrain and Thamen Al-Hejaj of Iran.
