Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation “Kahramaa” intends to update customer information data base. This initiative is meant to successfully communicate with customers. It comes within Kahramaa endeavor to provide high quality services to ensure customer satisfaction.
Kahramaa requests all customers to update their information at Kahramaa by filling in the assigned form found at Kahramaa website km.qa Customers can update information by visiting customer services centers at: Hilal, Madinat Khalifa, Salwa, Musherib, Al-Wakra, and Al-Khor, or via email: customercare@km.com.qa.
Updating information allowing customers to receive messages on new services Kahramaa provides that concerns customers, information about service interruption, outstanding bills, as well as messages on electricity and water conservation techniques within the National Campaign for Conservation and Efficient Use of Water and Electricity “Tarsheed” Kahramaa has launched under the patronage of H.H. Heir Apparent under the slogan of “keep Qatar pulsing”.
