The best of the best then go on to compete against each other to win the title for the Master Griller and represents their country at the finals.

The Qatar Financial Centre (“QFC”) Regulatory Authority (the “Regulatory Authority”) announced that it had agreed a settlement with each of Mr John Hasberry and Mr David Howell to impose a financial penalty of USD$200,000 and a three-year prohibition from their performance of any function, or being employed by any authorised firm in the QFC for three years, owing to serious misconduct as approved individuals.

Tickets are now on sale for this year’s Doha Comedy Festival with performances by world renowned comedian Trevor Noah, Omid Djalili and Arab stand-ups Nemr and Hamad Al-Amari. Organised by Social Studio, Doha Comedy Festival is supported by Qatar National Tourism Council (QNTC) as part of the Summer in Qatar program. The Comedy Festival will include two events, one in July and another in August.

Qatar University (QU) participated in a global study showing gross cardiac rehabilitation insufficiency worldwide. Just one in 12 heart attack victims globally receive rehabilitation to prevent another event, according to the first ever audit of cardiac rehabilitation around the world, undertaken by the International Council of Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation (ICCPR). Over 18 million more spots are needed every year.
