The Institute of Administrative Development will hold starting tomorrow a series of workshop in the context of the overall training plan for 2010-2011 that is arranged to train all employees of governmental and public institutions.

Among the workshops, the Institute said was a program entitled "Time Management and Work Pressure", for officers of the Internal Security Forces. The program aims for developing the participators'' time-management skills and the optimum use of time as well as improving their ability to handle and work under pressure.

Another program entitled "Evaluating the Employees'' Performance" aims to provide the participators with the tools to evaluate their employees performance accurately.

"Disciplinary Accountability and its Procedures" is another one and seeks to develop the abilities and knowledge of employees who are involved in the field of disciplinary accountability based on the laws of the Human Resources Management.
