The Bedaya Center for Entrepreneurship and Career Development (Bedaya Center), a joint initiative by Qatar Development Bank and Silatech, wrapped up its two-day ‘Be in control of your social media channels” workshop, held in Katara Cultural Village in cooperation with social media experts Ammar Mohammed and Mostafa Sheshtawy.

The workshop provided deeper perception on how to build an online brand and imprint. It offered all possible help for identifying goals and proper planning in using social media and presented participants with creative ideas for more active and more efficient control.

Meanwhile, entrepreneurs had direct access to guidance, training and support and were introduced to real-life experiences by the two speakers who discussed a wide variety of topics.  These included the necessity of laying out a strategic plan,having competent brand awareness before handling social media websites, the mechanisms of expanding their audience base and how to turn followers into actual customers. Finally the workshop advised conducting comprehensive strategy reviews to keep pace with the latest developments.
