Dolphin Energy Limited today announced that it has reached the major production milestone of 5 trillion standard cubic feet (scf), since the company started operations in 2007.

Commenting on the achievement, Ibrahim Ahmed Al Ansaari, Chief Executive Officer, Dolphin Energy Limited, said: “This is a proud moment and is testament to the hard work and dedication of our teams, the support of and input from our shareholders and our strategic partner Qatar Petroleum. I would like to thank and congratulate all those involved in making this possible.” Since the Project achieved full throughput in February 2008, Dolphin Energy has been delivering 2 billion scf of natural gas per day to the UAE and Oman.
