HEC Paris, ranked number 3 worldwide in Executive Education by the Financial Times, is offering its latest Executive Short Program this October. The two-day program ‘Re-Inventing Your Business Model’, will take place at the HEC Paris Doha campus in Tornado Tower on October 14 and 15.

The program will be delivered by HEC Paris Associate Professor Hélène Musikas, who teaches business and corporate strategy, strategic innovation, as well as strategy implementation and consulting skills. The ‘Re-Inventing Your Business Model’ Executive Short program has been designed to give executives an original and novel view of how to envisage strategy in a world that requires constant adaptation. Through this program, participants will understand the concept of a business model and learn how to systematically explore new opportunities to implement innovation in their respective organizations.

Professor Hélène Musikas said: “Innovation is often viewed through a narrow angle: product or service innovation, process innovation or technology innovation. Nonetheless, strategic innovation, which relates to re-inventing business models, demands a comprehensive approach. During this program, we will successively define innovation, introduce its different types, and define what strategic innovation is. I am looking forward to interacting with the executives and channelling their creativity to drive growth.” The program combines lectures with case studies, exercises and workshops. The teaching material covers theories, frameworks and latest research insights. There will be ample opportunity to learn with and from other participants during class discussions and teamwork.
