INJAZ Qatar a non-profit organization and member of Junior Achievement (JA) Worldwide celebrated on Tuesday a special ceremony to mark the organization’s 10 years in Qatar and extended its gratitude to the Qatari community for its generous support over the past decade.

Under the Patronage of the Prime Minister of Qatar, H.E. Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani, the ceremony was attended by key dignitaries, donors, partners volunteers, school principles and supporters who over the past decade have been continuously supporting INJAZ Qatar. Held at Marsa Malaz - Kempinski, The Pearl, the ceremony outlined the future plans of the organization to address needs and challenges in how they all can continue to empower the Youth of Qatar to own their Economic Success.

Need to mention that we have been conducting ou 10 years campaign over the last 2 weeks and thank the supporting companies like Exxonmobil, Qatar Rail, NBKs, QDB, Citi, Elan, H&K and Frame.

“Each year, and with each generation, Qatar’s young people are becoming more ambitious and thirstier for remarkable success and to leave their mark, not only in Qatar, but globally. Our priority has and always will be to provide youth with the skills and mindset they need to become the business leaders and entrepreneurs stimulating their communities. INJAZ Qatar’s 10 years of success means that we cross over to the year 2018 with massive inventory of ambitions and projects, aiming to ensure that we play an imperative role in supporting the goals of Qatar National Vision 2030,” said H.E. Since its inception in 2007, INJAZ Qatar has reached over 32,000 students across 60 schools and 7 universities, thanks to 85 corporate partners and over 1,500 corporate volunteers.INJAZ Qatar offers programs in preparatory schools, high schools, universities and youth centres across Qatar. With the help of its active corporate volunteer community, INJAZ is able to reach students from Grade 2 to University level. The corporate volunteers serve as inspiring role models for the youth, sharing their real-life work and entrepreneurship experiences and advice.

Addressing supporters and partners, Emad Al Khaja CEO of INJAZ Qatar said, “You have been with us since the beginning of our journey aimed at supporting the youth in Qatar for their quest for success and leadership.”

“INJAZ Qatar marks its 10 years in Qatar by empowering our youth to own their economic success, inspiring a generation of Young Entrepreneurs and connecting the youth of Qatar with inspirational mentors. We truly believe that the youth need someone to look up to and guide them on the path of success. Engaging programs, partnerships and collaboration, community engagement is engrained in our overall model of success. Like any organization, we face challenges, but we embrace them. We are finding sustainable approaches, new partnerships, inspiring leaders and mentors – all of which will build a future that is open, connected, and purposeful,” he added
