Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation “Kahramaa” provides wide range of payment facilities. They come within Kahramaa endeavor to provide high quality services and introduce continuous improvement to ensure customer satisfaction.

The services Kahramaa provides are meant to save time and efforts. It provides wide range of bill payment services. Customer can pay bills via Kahramaa website www.km.qa or Hukoomi. They can also call Kahramaa call center 991 for bill payment via phone, or via QNB & Qtel self-service machines (SSM). Customers can also visit the nearest bank for bill payment.

Within the continuous development of services Kahramaa pursues and its reaction with customer needs, Kahramaa has launched several electronic services including “service tracking” where customers can simply visit customer portal at Kahramaa site, to track the status of their applications. Customers can also track connection and meter installation services where a message appears indicating that application has been completed or in progress giving the expected completion date or asking the customer has to visit Customer Services Department Headquarters in case of obstacles or for administrative action if the application is completed.

Kahramaa has also launched early connection service to ensure connecting new and under construction buildings on the spot. It has been reported that, within its endeavor to go environment friendly, Kahramaa will launch “electronic bills” on the expenses of paper bills, in addition to launching applications on smart phones during the 1 Q 2013.
