Katara, the Cultural Village celebrated a number of events last week including the live HD screening of Parcifal starring Jonas Kaufmann, the Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra performances of the Brahms Symphonies and the highlight of the week was the spectacular show of Opera Emotions.

Organized in partnership with the Swiss Embassy of Qatar, Opera Emotions drew in crowds of people who enjoyed the lyric concert performed by Italian artists from la Scala de Milan and a Swiss Soprano. Whilst hundreds gathered to watch the Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra perform the Brahms Symphonies, Opera lovers took the opportunity to watch the live HD screening of Parcifal.
