Per Lei Couture, a multi-brand boutique which translates “for her” is now open at The Pearl-Qatar, specifically in 18 La Croisette in Porto Arabia. The concept revolves around creating an environment that showcases a selection of both famous international labels and a distinguished mix of new, up-and-coming regional designers’ pieces.
