Ooredoo has launched the Hala Fast Credit service, enabling customers to borrow credit when their balance drops below QR 1. In response to customer demand, Hala customers can now stay in touch with their family and friends, especially during the Holy Month of Ramadan, without worrying about running out of credits.

The service will be provided when Hala customers’ main balance drops below QR 1, after which they will automatically receive an SMS from Ooredoo notifying them of the option to get Fast Credit. By replying with “Yes” to the SMS, customers will be instantly credited with QR 5, at the service charge of 50 Dirhams. This credit can be used for local and international calls and SMS, mobile internet, making and receiving calls while roaming, and is valid for 7 days.

The credited amount of QR 5, in addition to the service charge, will be automatically deducted from the customer’ next top-up. Customers can easily check their Fast Credit balance by simply sending “AC” to 121 via SMS. To benefit from this great value service, customers should have a Hala line that was active for more than 90 days. The service can be used after every top-up, providing more convenience for customers who frequently contact their family and loved ones.

Customers can top-up their Hala accounts through a wide range of channels, including the Ooredoo website, Ooredoo mobile application, scratch cards, e-vouchers and Ooredoo Self Service Machines, and in-person at any Ooredoo shop. For more information on Hala services and promotions, including the Fast Credit service, customers can visit the Hala page on the Ooredoo website at www.ooredoo.qa, Ooredoo’s Facebook page or follow on Twitter @OoredooQatar.
