To celebrate joining the oneworld Alliance,  Qatar Airways is offering Qatar-based passengers and Privilege Club members the chance to purchase two business class tickets for the price of one. 

The Bigger World Promotion runs from tomorrow through 25th November when customers can visit any Qatar Airways Sales office, travel agent or visit to purchase tickets for travel through 31 March 2014.  Savings are based on round-trip/return fares from Doha. Privilege Club members have an additional incentive whereby both passengers can earn a 25 percent bonus in Qmiles.

From New York to Melbourne, Qatar Airways flies to more than 130 destinations from Doha, making travel for both business and pleasure. Blackout dates during this promotion are from 18–23 December 2013 and 2–12 January 2014.

Qatar Airways has seen rapid growth in just 16 years of operations, currently flying a modern fleet of 128 aircraft to 133 key business and leisure destinations across Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and The Americas.

In 2013, Qatar Airways has launched eleven destinations to date – Gassim (Saudi Arabia), Najaf (Iraq), Phnom Penh (Cambodia), Chicago (USA), Salalah (Oman), Basra (Iraq), Sulaymaniyah (Iraq), Chengdu (China), Addis Ababa (Ethiopia), Ta’if (Saudi Arabia) and most recently Clark Manila International Airport (Philippines).

Over the next few weeks and months, the network will grow further with Sharjah and Dubai World Central, both in the UAE (March 1, 2014), Philadelphia, USA (April 2, 2014) and Miami, USA (June 10, 2014).
