He said the charity body would continue to provide assistance to the country in different fields. Qatar Charity constructed 72 classrooms in a number of educational institutions in different regions of Niger in 2011 and 2012. The Niger Ministry of Education considers QC an important partner given the lack of sufficient classrooms for all students in the country.

In an attempt to improve its other services in Niger, Qatar Charity opened bank accounts for all recipients of its sponsorship who include orphans, preachers, teachers and families. The account will prevent the sponsorship funds from falling into wrong hands during distribution process.
