The latest developments included expansion of talent and new partnerships. As part of our ongoing commitment to provide world-class services, we are pleased to announce that we have recently partnered with Vistas to manage our Customer Experience Centre. This partnership will bring to fruition QFCA’s vision of providing best in class single window lifecycle management to our customers. From seamless Omni channel customer interaction to efficient processing of customer transactions and back office, Vistas will be responsible for the operations and management of this centralized unit.
