The expansion of QSports has correlated with the increasing focus in Qatar and across the Middle East in supporting individuals in living a healthy lifestyle. By providing opportunities to partake in a sport – individuals have a chance to increase their general fitness and activity levels.

The season is anticipated to run from September and conclude in November/December. Mr. Ghanim Al Mohannadi, Deputy Chairman of QSports said ‘we always try to coordinate our events to best suit the needs of participants so when developing our league and tournament schedule we factor in things like school holidays and whether people will be in or out of the country’ ‘Our seasons are compressed so that people don’t feel they are locked in to a long-term commitment but are able to pick and mix sports depending on their interests.’

As in previous seasons – leagues and events will be held in a variety of locations around Doha and Qatar with games taking place after working hours or at the weekends. Full details about the various sports programs can be found at the QSports website. Please visit or call 4464 2512.
