Vodafone has inaugurated its new Qatar call centre located in the Old Airport Area. The call centre which is staffed by more than 100 agents will provide 24 hour support for customers, digital & online support for consumer and enterprise customers plus telesales service to ensure customers are offered the best deals to enjoy Vodafone products and services.

Inaugurating the new centre, Mohamed Al Sadah, Chief Operating Officer said, “We are delighted to open our new state of the art call centre in Qatar. Vodafone is dedicated and committed to deliver a high quality customer service on a daily basis and this call centre was designed using best practices to ensure just that.”

The call centre features an open environment offering excellent working facilities for all customer care staff with state of the art soundproof work stations. The office set up is completely wireless and agents are provided with the latest high tech headsets with noise cancellation. The centre also houses a dedicated training facility for all customer facing staff offering online and classroom training to deliver a superior customer experience.
