For a second year in a row, Vodafone Qatar won the award for the Best Call Centre of the Year at the Middle East Call Center Awards 2011. Vodafone also received the awards for the Best Voice of the Customer Programme and Best Retention and Motivation Programme.

The Awards were proudly received by Deirdre Hutchinson, Vodafone Qatar’s Head of Customer Care at the Middle East Call Center Awards 2011 gala dinner held in Dubai. “We’re thrilled to have won theses awards; a very big thank you goes out to every single member of Vodafone Qatar’s call centre. These awards are a true recognition of their dedication and commitment to deliver a high quality customer service on a daily basis,” said Deirdre Hutchinson Vodafone Qatar’s Head of Customer Care.

With call centres based in Qatar, Egypt and India, Vodafone Qatar has the only Call Centre in the region that offers services in four different languages-English, Arabic, Malayalam, and Hindi. This gives thousands of people the full customer experience in their own language, including general product information, an overview of current promotions, and the option to speak with a Vodafone Qatar Customer Care Champion.
