Vodafone Qatar recently held an event to honour its best retailers’ achievers. Under the Vodafone Al Mumayaz Program and in line with the company’s steadfast commitment to build and strengthen relationships with mass market outlets, Vodafone invited over 300 retailers to celebrate their outstanding efforts.

The event featured entertainment from all over India including celebrities. Vodafone gave away amazing prizes to the achievers. Participants included retailers and distributors in addition to Vodafone Qatar Sales, Marketing, Operations, Networks and Channels’ teams who joined in the festivities. Rasha El Azharay, Consumer Business Unit Director of Vodafone Qatar, said: “Our partners are keys to our success and therefore we place very high importance on the feedback they have about us as well. Our Mumayaz Program and event aim to reward and recognise our retailers for their efforts and commitment to support Vodafone and to be our ambassadors in the market.”
 

Vodafone holds regular meetings with its mass retailers to update them on the latest products and services besides networks improvement. The feedback and insights Vodafone gleans out of these meetings is essential to continuously enhance its mass market performance. These meetings also aim at engaging and conversing directly with shop owners and managers in order to collect first-hand input which forms the basis for developing bespoke services and solutions to each area.
