The course aimed to increase the coordination efficiency between various departments of the authority. This would help in performing tasks effectively creating a horizontal and vertical harmony between departments; thereby improving their performance and accomplishing tasks faster and with higher accuracy. The course was presented by a specialised trainer, and was attended by 18 Qatari employees from various departments and levels in the authority, as part of the self-development plan.
