Participating Projects are evaluated based on international standards by a specialized committee that includes a group of the most renowned specialists in their areas in the region and in other countries. The awards do not only recognize the construction elements of the project delivery but also consider the value and quality of a project throughout its entire life cycle, from the design concept through to engineering and construction and its wider contribution to society and to the environment.
