Ooredoo organised a visit for 27 Qatari executive leaders to its headquarters as part of an initiative by Qatari Leadership Centre (QLC), said The Peninsula. Leaders from across multiple sectors learned about Ooredoo’s organisational strategy, operations and services. The visit was part of QLC’s leadership training programme, selecting Ooredoo as one of the “leading technology pioneering companies” in Qatar. 

Mansoor Al Khater, CSO, Ooredoo, introduced the group to the company’s structure, vision and long-term strategy in a presentation. The leaders visited the OASIS Lab and were given a demonstration of smart ICT solutions that on offer. They were also taken to Ooredoo locations and saw services, including Ooredoo Shops, Qatar Data Centre, Business Installation Team and Network Operations Centre. Ooredoo is been focusing on training and development for its employees and the community as it works to build a knowledge-based economy in Qatar.
