Mannai Automotive Group, a subsidiary of Mannai Corporation, was again recognized for their on-going focus on quality and customer care with more excellence awards from General Motors.

General Motors congratulated the Mannai team in their role in making GM achieve outstanding results in 2010 with three excellences; Customer Value Management (CVM) Excellence, Parts Excellence, and Service Excellence.  The certificates were presented in Limassol, Cyprus, at a special gala dinner paid for entirely by General Motors, and hosted by the GM regional management.

“We’ve done it again,” said Mr.  Ivor D’Cunha, General Manager of Operations at Mannai Automotive. “Mannai Auto has continued to provide program-winning service to our customers, and our achievements have been again recognized by General Motors.”

A customer-driven philosophy and high-quality products played a key role in Mannai’s achievements.  Continued Ivor D’Cunha:
