The scope of the second certificate covers: Bid management, design, project management and execution and technical quality assurance of telecom and information and communication technology projects.

Talking about the milestone, Yousuf Al Kubaisi, COO of Ooredoo Qatar, said: “These certificates demonstrate our world-class process capability, ability as a leading ICT and telecom solution provider and commitment to continuous improvement. This achievement is all part of our vision to offer the best customer service and we’re proud to be one of the first organisations in the region to be awarded the newest version of the International Standard ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.”
