Q-Post's innovative service, Smart Lockers, has drawn the attention of customers with its attractive features.

Speaking to Qatar Tribune, on the sidelines of an event, Q-Post Public Relations Head Ali Sayyar said,"The number of customers who use the facility of Smart Lockers has increased. As part of meeting future requirements, Q-Post has planned to expand its service networks. If necessary, more such Smart Lockers will be made available for customers". 

Smart Locker is a secure storage space offered by Q-Post accessible 24/7 for customers in most of the locations. The quick and easy to use Smart Lockers can be operated by customers through easy steps. Customers can order products through the Q-Post website and choose one of their Smart Lockers with delivery options. Once the item is delivered to the locker specified by the customer, Q-Post will send a secret PIN to the customer as an SMS or Email. Using the pin on the touch screen of the Smart Locker, a customer can collect the item at anytime within 48 hours. A customer said,"The Smart Locker is very convenient for customers who stay really busy. The new system allows them to collect the items 24/7 at their own convenience".

Currently, Qatar Post has Smart Lockers at safe and secure locations including Ain Khalid Gate, Villaggio Mall, Landmark Mall, Al Khor Post Office, General Post Office West Bay (Parking area), Al Wakra Hospital, Dukhan Post Office, Al Rayyan Post Office, Royal Plaza (basement).
