Mr. Al Najar said malomatia is working with Qatar University and other institutions to develop long-term strategic partnerships that will result in a continuous learning and development program that would benefit malomatia’s objectives in developing local capabilities. Among the considerations are creating an official mandate for hiring candidates through the University's official Career Days and Campus Selection Programs as well as from the university's pool of Alumni.

Both entities share a common goal of developing candidates to fulfill functional and technical roles in the IT domain that are required to help achieve Qatar National Vision 2030 as well as other strategic objectives in terms of building local capabilities and an overall knowledge-based economy.
