Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels (SWBH), owned and managed by Al Rayyan Hospitality, is organising an exhibition at Al Jasra Boutique Hotel on Wednesday 17 & Thursday 18 September to support the efforts of Reach Out To Asia (ROTA) organisation in rebuilding and refitting the Gaza Strip schools damaged during the recent Israeli offensive. Several leading Qatari institutions and entrepreneurs will be taking part in the event.

The exhibition highlights SWBH’s commitment to take part in the campaigns widely held by Qatari institutions to support the war-torn Gazan educational sector and Palestinian people in general through rehabilitating Gazan schools, particularly the damaged ones, to help children get back to schools as soon as is possible. A unique opportunity for Qatari youth to showcase their talent and present their ideas, SWBH’s initiative is also a platform for them to advertise their businesses and products – to boost their confidence and contribute to realising the Qatar National Vision 2030 by promoting human development.

The organisers pointed out that such events bolster the success and sustainability of the youth’s new projects and help to lay the foundation for entrepreneurs to enhance their leadership skills, whilst supporting the wider Qatari business community. The exhibition aligns with ROTA’s recent announcement to start the process of rehabilitating schools that were damaged during the recent war on Gaza. The schools will be part of some 22 schools ROTA has already rehabilitated in 2009.
