In celebration of Qatar National Day, Vodafone Qatar in partnership with popular online community has launched a special website for National Day, , that features a list of all the exciting events taking place around Qatar in addition to fun contests, downloads, traditional music and videos.

Last year’s website showcased Qatari singer Rayana and this year Qatari Stand-up Comedian Moh’d Kamal has created special clips that can be downloaded to mobiles.

Thousands of people have already visited for information on the Vodafone national day contests that appeal to people of all ages. The “Share your Pride and win” competition has especially caught the attention of the public- an exciting opportunity for everyone in Qatar to decorate their car and show their pride. Users can upload pictures of their wildly decorated car onto the website, or keep an eye out for Vodafone’s professional photographers roaming the streets of Doha on 18 December.

The winning car will be announced on Tuesday 21 December and the car owner will win QR 10,000 in cash, the Vodafone Qatar National Day trophy, a unique Star Number, mobile phone and a Freedom Account plan.
